Please help restore & retrieve data

Hello,
Please help me. I was previously paying netregistry to host and design my website http://www.enlightentherapy.com.au.
They charged me to redesign over to wordpress ensuring me of better. Then I received cancellation of my old website design and when I asked to have wordpress account retrieved they told me through netregistry domain design was irretrievable.
I am wondering if the wordpress account and domain design is still retrievable. I ask can you please explore your storage data and find if my design content with wordpress is still available anywhere?? I can start paying hosting to you once it is sourced. This would be a really great help to me and my business. I hope this can be retrieved.

It sounds like you are in the wrong forum. Your site is using the open source WordPress.org software and you can ask the question at these forums:

To clear up any confusion, self-hosted WordPress sites and WordPress.com are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:
