Sorry to hear your site is down!
I just looked up your site, and can see that it is a self-hosted version of WordPress.org that is hosted on Bluehost.
These forums that you are posting in are only for users of the WordPress.com platform. So, websites that are registered and managed through the WordPress.com interface.
It’s a little confusing at first, but the following article should help to explain:
I recommend heading over to the WordPress.org forums and asking your question there. I’m sure there will be somebody over at that other link with more experience in working with self-hosted installs of WordPress.
