Please HELP! Someone is impersonating me on WP.com!

Better get yourself a sleeping bag and arrange for food delivery. You’ll be waiting a long time.

You are not requesting technical support and that is what this technical support forum is solely for. It’s not for Terms of Services issues complaints.
You are trying to circumnavigate the correct process for pursuing a Terms of Service complaint as directed in the support docs and legally required to proceed and that’s why you are not succeeding.
-
Actually, I’m not trying to circumnavigate anything. I have followed the process for making a Terms of Service complaint. I made multiple. And I was told that I needed a court order. A quick google for obtaining a court order tells me that I need to hire a lawyer. I cannot afford a lawyer.
Googling self-representation or “Pro Se representation” for an e-personation lawsuit does not give me much useful advice.
You telling me to “go down to my local law school” also does not help me in the slightest.
I need to reach someone who works at WordPress/Automattic so that I can speak with them directly about this issue and have it resolved without having to spend 1,000s of dollars and waste the time of a judge because I cannot do that.

I have already sent a physical letter to the snail mail address listed above as well as emailed the (email visible only to moderators and staff) address. There has been zero assistance from WordPress/Automattic for resolving this. They told me I need a United States court judge to intervene, despite the fact that there is nothing to arbitrate or dispute.
-
This is last time I will respond to this thread which will now be, in essence, twisting in the wind.
-
Excellent. Maybe now I will get a response from someone who will actually offer some assistance.
-
No that won’t be happening as this is a Terms of Service complaint:
Any request for user information must include a valid email address for us to return the information or contact with questions. WordPress.com communicates only via email. https://en.support.wordpress.com/disputes/legal-guidelines/

Can I get some assistance from someone who actually works for WordPress and not someone who wishes they did?
-
-
I will have been here answering questions as a Volunteer for 9 years as of April 8th. Like raincoaster I predate all Support Staff members for except one being on Staff and I predate the support docs too. In fact I have no desire at all to become a Staff member and sniping at me is not going to get you anywhere. Only using the correct process that you are now well aware of will result in contact with Terms of Service Staff.
-
You have asked, repeatedly, for assistance from staff. Staff have repeatedly indicated they will not assist you.

Hi @cc4356,
As this is a Terms of Service complaint, this will not be addressed in the public forums. Please follow the instructions here to contact our Terms of Service squad:
https://en.wordpress.com/complaints/
I will be closing this thread as the issue requires our Terms of Service squad and will not be handled in the public forum.
