Please help Someone with my gravatar problem

  Go to any of my blogs….I have 4 and tell me why …please….my profile picture is a patchwork quilt when thats not what I look like….and tell me why I cannot reach a professional to help….I just want to resolve my issue and the world of cyberspace has been painful silent or unreachable

  You cannot reach a professional to help because a) it is the weekend b) automatic staff support comes only with the $300+ upgrade bundles.

  When did you upload your gravatar? It shows first in the forum, as you can see, and then on subsequent posts and comments you make on blogs. It does not change retroactively.

  Thank you for getting back to me and now I know…sorry. I have had my blogs for about a year and have had my gravatar the same amount of time…so not sure why all of a sudden this is happening. Thanks so much for getting back to me and I am sorry if I seemed cranky….this is how I learn. You can get back to me when its convenient for you.

  Sounds from some other threads like Gravatar has an issue. I’ll tag this Gravatar and hopefully their staff will look in.

  Hi lisalday111711,

  It looks like you are using the Gravatar widget and entering a different email address than the one associated with your Gravatar account:
  http://cl.ly/image/1F3B0M1h1y3P

  To fix this, either change that email address to match the email address associated with your WordPress.com/Gravatar account, or even easier, use the Custom drop-down box to choose your lisalday111711 account. Once you’ve done that, it should start working again.
