If you put the category widget in the sidebar and click on a category, you get to the Category Page, where all posts from that category are archived. Is that what you’re looking for?

Thank you very much for your reply. Ya i am looking for the same.

One more doubt i have is , all my posts are displaying one page so do i need to create different pages for each posts??

Do not create different pages for each post. Your blog is working the way blogs naturally work. Pages and Posts are different things. See this”

    Pages vs. Posts

If you want to separate them out even more than they are already in the categories, you can create a static page (but I warn you, this will cause search engines to downgrade your blog) and and use a Custom Menu to list links to whatever pages you want, including category pages.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. If i keep on posting then it will be added in the same page you mean in all word press blogs ??

Do you want to have a blog that looks like a website with categories across the horizontal menu where pages usually are? If so, then read on. Staff have provided help for those who want to structure their blog like a website. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/using-wordpress-to-create-a-website/

    What’s critical is:
    (1) a clear comprehension of the differences between pages and posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
    (2) a clear comprehension of the fact that there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts and we cannot post to more than that one page. But we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page.

We organize our posts by assigning Categories to them. When we publish a post it automatically appears on the running page for posts and also on the Categories pages and Archives pages. Note: There must be one published post in each Category in order for there to be anything to display.

A custom menu allows you to display Categories in tabs along the horizontal navigation where normally only Pages tabs are displayed. If you wish you can also include Pages and custom links in your custom menu as well.

    These are the how-to instructions:

How to create a custom menu. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

Your Posts go on one dynamic Page – when the Post count gets high enough (default is 10 I think) they will start to be put on a second page as the newer Posts push the older Posts off the front page. this is normal behavior for a blog.

If the front Page gets too long you can use the Read More http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/ to keep the Page from getting too long and turning off visitors.
