  pleasee tell me, how can i change my blog theme?

  i downloaded some themes in my computeri, there are some html codes, but i don;t know where to whrite them… i have difault wordpress theme and i want to change it.. : ( please tell me

  If your blog is hosted on WordPress.com (yourusername.wordpress.com) you are limited to using the themes you will find in your Dashboard under Themes.
