  Please help to move our followers to self-hosted site

  The Blog with existing followers:
  ordinarypatrons.wordpress.com

  The new self hosted site where the followers need to be moved:
  http://ordinarypatrons.com

  WeI already have Jetpack installed on my WordPress.org site and running.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have the same problem, trying to move my followers from

  dannyquah.wordpress.com

  to

  dannyquah.com/writings/

  I have installed Jetpack on my wordpress.org site (that immediately above) and all seems to be running OK. But what I’ve been able to find on wordpress.org forums is that this transfer of followers is not possible for me to do myself; I need help from WordPress.com to do it.

  Is that possible?
