Please help to restore my blog posts

I had my blog running for a very long time. I didn’t check it very often, and now when I go back, the site is gone.
It used to be loctv.wordpress.com, and I poured my heart into those posts.
Please let me know if it’s possible to restore it. I’m willing to subscribe to WordPress to keep it properly maintained.

I cannot.
It said that I need to have paid subscriptions in order to talk to real human.
However, I cannot start subscription due to the error described in my question.

No you don’t need a paid subscription in order to restore a suspended site. Again: just follow the link to the mentioned support document to contact the TOS-team. You must first get your site restored as your account has been blocked.
