  Please transfer my stats and followers from simplifypf.wordpress.com to simplifypf.com.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @simplifypf

  Looks like simplifypf.com is a WordPress.org hosted site.

  Presuming you have Jetpack installed, you should be able to use the subscription migration tool to migrate subscribers to your new site.

  Hi there,

  I’ve transferred your subscribers and your stats for you.

  I suggest you set your WordPress.com site to private to prevent it from getting any new followers. You can do that from My Site ->Settings.
