PLEASE HELP! Trying to renew my domain name in Word Press

  Hi,

  I’m trying to renew my now expired domain name hearthehum.com
  When I go to ‘my upgrades’ and click ‘Renew now’ I receive this message “The domain name you entered is already mapped to a WordPress.com blog.”

  Can you please help me asap to get my site renewed?

  At 39 days you will need staff help to renew the domain registration – I have flagged this for the staff to help you
