Please help urgent! Fatal error message when I log into my dashboard

  A blank white screen appears and the only text is:

  Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_network_admin() in /home/jameelahn/jameelah.info/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 2097

  What does it mean and how can I fix it so I can edit my site? I’m at a lost. Thanks for any and all input.
