Please help us move our followers.
-
We recently moved from WordPress.com to Bluehost. I hooked Jetpack up under my account (briefly) to check the functionality and then we activated it under the site owner’s account. In the interim our followers disappeared. Can you help us transfer them? The site address hasn’t changed; it’s stil http://www.tahomaliteraryreview.com – all that’s changed is the hosting service. Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please install the JetPack plugin and activate it first then the subscription migration tool use http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/
The relevant support doc is here http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site -
Yep, I have that – the issue is, I’m not the owner of tahomaliteraryreview.wordpress.com and so can’t access the migrate feature through my dashboard. I’m trying to reach my client to have him do it, but wondered if it’s possible for the support team to unlock it or transfer it or some such. If not, that’s fine – I’ll keep trying to get in touch with JP (the owner).

The blog’s owner needs to log in under his/her username account here and communicate with Staff.

It looks like Adam is emailing with the user who owns tahomaliteraryreview.wordpress.com. I’m going to let him continue to clear this up.
