Please Help-very confused and frustrated word press user

  I am just a beginner to word press and have not worked on my site in about a year. I can’t seem to remember how to update my webpage. I posted a blog but can’t find it on my website either. How do I make updates and changes to my website. I am so confused and really could use some guidance. I have 5 different pages on my website with info that I added in last year and can’t seem to locate them when I am on my dashboard. I feel like I am totally clueless at the moment and would like to add some new info to my site. Can anyone help me??

  The 5 entries you have are either posts or pages. They can be accessed by clicking the Posts and Pages links in the far left hand side column on your dashboard.

  edit pages screen > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/

  As you choose to use a theme that does not have a horizontal menu you will have to place the Pages widget in your sidebar to provide access to the pages. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/pages-widget/

  I also suggest that you place a Recent Posts widget in your sidebar for easy access as well. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/recent-posts-widget/
