  Kindly help back up my blog. Inclusive of content and database. Thank you.

  You can easily back up the content of your own blog by going to “settings” “Export”.

  You can use Tools>> Export to create an xml-file. The images and other media I suggest you have already.

  I was able to export the xml but cld not export the plugins and database.

  What exactly are you wanting to do with your backup? Are you trying to move your site elsewhere? It’s only the content that you can export, not the whole theme. Once you’ve got a theme in place at your new location then you can then import your content. Menus, Widgets etc all have to be recreated.

  You cannot export plugin’s sicne there are none in wordpress.com If you are using wordpress.org use the plugin UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore.

  Sorry guys, I had a change of domain name.
  How about getting the “CNAME” details so I can do a mapping? Please note the blog is a free plan.
