Please help with charges

    Hello. I was recently charged a 114 dollars and I do not use WordPress. I think I signed up for an annual plan but have never used it. Is it possible to get a refund? I really cannot afford this charge right now and am going to have a hard time paying the rest of my bills because of it. Thank you.

    Hi there!

    It sounds like a renewal for plan Premium, and a custom domain. The site with the subscription is not, however, connected to the account you’re using to post here, because I don’t see any charges here. If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

    If the charge indeed comes from WordPress.com, you’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this. We’ll need to get some additional information from you to track down the transaction, and we cannot discuss those here in the public forums.
