Please Help with CSS/Plugin Question

    Hello TOTAL noob here,

    I;m definitely over my head but i am starting to realize there is quite a difference between the WordPress app and the online editable blog.

    I started a wordpress blog for my wedding thats coming up and i found a RSVP plugin – obviously have had no luck finding out where i can install that on the web based blog editor. Any help?

    note: i do believe i saw that on this RSVP plugin there was a CSS option and i know there is an option to upgrade and customize the CSS on my blog – is there where i can do this?

    There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we blogger cannot install any plugins into them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins Those with WordPress.org installs have FTP access and can install their own themes, third party themes and plugins.     You can purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade to change the appearance of your blog only. You cannot use it to install plugins.
