Please help with Custom Menu

  I’ve just set up a Custom Menu. I selected all the pages that were in the original one, plus an additional Category Page, Sussex Petanque.

  I did previously have a hierarchy of drop-down menus, based on the Parent/Child pages. This has now vanished and all the pages appear at the top level – far too many!

  I can’t see any obvious way to go back to the previous menu, nor can I see how to rebuild the drop-down menus in the Custom Menu.

  Please help!
