Hi,
I just recently purchased a domain. I was under the impression, until I realized after hitting the pay button that this is was an all in one payment.
I would like to change the plan, because the plan I currently have is out of my budget. Is this something that I can change?
If not, then I’d like to refund, and use the free WordPress. Which I am curious if I’d be able to keep the same domain name if I were to switch it?

What’s your site URL?
All upgrades and renewals can only be paid a year in advance. There’s no monthly payment option for any of our plans. I believe that’s what you meant by all in one payment. Unfortunately all payments are done yearly.
A staff will get back to you details about refund and changing plans.

The account you’re using to post here only owns a free site, http://highlyhanna.wordpress.com/, and has never bought any plans or domains from us.
What is the domain, and what plan did you buy? It’s possible to downgrade you from one plan to another, but we can only do that if you contact us from the account that you used to buy the plan in question.
