  I downloaded Chrome and tried viewing my public profile but I still get the same message as my previous screenshot I sent you. This is so strange! It all started when I changed my email address. I thought if I changed my email address back I’d be fine, but it’s still not working. :(

  Hi there!

  I just dug into this a little more. It looks like you hid your Gravatar profile, which you can do from your profile by clicking the ‘Hide my profile’ button under your name:

  

  You should now be able to see your profile at http://en.gravatar.com/lauramacky

  Thank you! I thought I had checked that out but I guess I might have seen it and not fixed it, lol. I really appreciate the help!
