  I am new with wordpress & getting confused with paid features…

  VIP hosting has only 1 advantage [to put our own adds] ?? whats the cost for vip hosting ?

  If i get a custum domain , do i become a vip host ?

  i have downloaded free themes / templates for wordpress , how to upload them ?? is ther any cost to upload them ???

  VIP hosting is for very large sites and blog networks:

  http://vip.wordpress.com/hosting/

  A custom domain is not VIP hosting.

  WordPress.com blogs are limited to a selection of themes, with the optional CSS upgrade for customizing a design. You can’t use a regular WordPress theme you’ve downloaded on a WordPress.com blog.
