Hello, I failed to receive any domain expiration / renewal notices and I guess my domain is in redemption. I’d really like to recover and renew my domain. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks!

We have to pay a $80 fee to get the domain restored from redemption, in addition to the regular renewal fee. Please let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the process started.
Regarding the emails you didn’t receive, they might have been caught in Gmail’s automatic filters. Please check the Social and Updates tabs in Gmail, as well as spam, if the emails are perhaps there.

The notification emails went to an email account (not gmail) that the service provider closed without telling me about. I wasn’t aware of the closed email account and consequently didn’t get the renewal notification email or I would have promptly renewed.
I have been a customer since 2011 who has reliably maintained renewals and would continue to do so had this unfortunate communication issue not occurred. In light of the circumstances surrounding the missed payment and the last 7 years or so of being a customer, would it be possible to waive the redemption fee? Thanks.

The redemption fee is something we cannot waive as it’s imposed by our domain registrar.
