Please help with RSS feed widget

  Okay, I feel pretty stupid. I’ve read the instructions on placing a RSS feed widget on your site, but I still don’t get it.

  Here is the instruction: “simply drag an RSS widget to the sidebar and enter your address.” Huh? How do I do this? what sidebar, and how to I drag the widget? The word “simply” really gets me as well.

  Instructions on placing a text widget also would be helpful.
