Please Help(For Site Operators)

Someone created an article about my son, and I tried to get it deleted, but to no avail. I contacted the author of the article and he was rude and basically told me the he didn’t care.
When a told my son this two weeks ago, he took it very hard, and he tried to kill himself. He left a note that say he was going to go nowhere in life because of the article.
Please help.
I know I should not be revealing this personal information on the internet but I am a father with no where to go.
I’m begging, out of the kindness of your hearts to delete the article.Please, I beg of you.

If the site is hosted here on WordPress.COM, while logged in, visit the site and mouse over the name of the site on the left side of the top gray nav. bar and click on “Report this Site” and follow the instructions – that is a quick way to report a site – but please follow up with the formal complaint as shown in the links above

Okay I told them the story, I already reported earlier this month it but to no avail, and wordpress said they would not take it down because it didn’t violate their guidelines.

Honestly, if I were you I would sue. I would sue both the blogger (even if pseudonymous) and Automattic, parent company of WordPress.com. If you can prove you reported it, and that your son’s suicide attempt resulted from the post that you’d already complained about, you’ll certainly have enough to go to court with. You may or may not win, but you are certainly where I’d put my money.

If nothing else, via subpoena for the lawsuit you will find the actual name and contact information of the blogger. You can take it from there.

We do not discuss Terms of Service issues in the forums. You’ll need to file a formal complaint.
