  PLEASE I AM TRYING TO MAKE PAYMENT WITH MY VISA CARD FROM NIGERIA. NIGERIA IS NOT APPEARING ON THE COUNTRY SELECTION.

  WordPress.com uses PayPal as their payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/

  Nigeria is not a supported country.

  PayPal have chosen to block payment from your country, so you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country.

  In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.

  The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

  My question is still not answered. my country, Nigeria does not appear on the country selection of VISA credit card. Please make it appear on the list of country selection so that i can make my payment with VISA credit card. Thanks.

  Nigeria is not a PayPal supported country.
  We cannot change that and PayPal will not change it.
  Please consider that the country where the vast and overwhelming majority of known online scams and email scams were conducted from and you have your answer as to why this is.
