Please i have not recieved my refund

    I subscribed to the premium plan but due to one or two things, i decided to cancel my plan. This was within 30 days of my purchase of the plan. After cancelling the plan, the sent me an email that i will recieve my refund but it has been more than 7 days but still the refund is not in

    I see that we issued a refund on 11/15/16 for $73. It could take up to ten business days for that refund to post in your account.

    The domain portion of the Premium plan is $26 and only refundable for 48 hours. $99-$26=$73.

    I suggest getting in touch with your bank to inquire about any delays on their end. Also, they may simply remove the original charge, or mark is as ‘resolved’ but not necessarily as ‘refund’.
