  I have to create a blog as part of my college course.
  It appears I have purchased a WordPress ‘thing’ I have no idea what Ive bought or how to use it and I can’t get chat support, which is the one thing I needed….
  Ive emailed WordPress but could be over 48 hours before they contact me.

  I also need to change the domain name,

  You have bought our Personal Plan, and a custom domain, sadierossjohnsonfuturedays.com. You can see these upgrades on your Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/, and you can view a receipt for your payment at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  If you’ve decided you no longer want these upgrades, you can cancel them from the Purchases page for a full refund. Our refund period on plans is 30 days, and our refund period on domains is 96 hours.
