Please, I really need your help to remove my account/page.

Hello.
I’m created this new account to reach out to you over here, because I want to remove this wordpress site I did back in 2013.
The problem is… I managed to know the e-mail I was using because it shows up inside the page, but I can’t remember the password. Also the recovery e-mail that was “linked” to that wordpress account (men***@live.***.**) is already not working. Hotmail doesn’t even have live.com e-mails anymore, and I must probably deleted it a long time ago.
I would like to kindly ask you how we can proceed, because it’s me, I am the person who created it. And I’m not able to log and delete it.
If needed I can even send you my identification so you can be sure that I am the person of that page. Also my contact/phone in the page stills the same I have.

As I explained, I can’t reset the password because I can’t have access to the (email visible only to moderators and staff) e-mail linked to this WordPress. The password is most probably the same and I can’t remember it. I tried over and over again.
The Account Recovery form asks for information sent to that e-mail as well in order to proceed, and again, I can’t have access to the e-mail.
I tried to solve the problem by the Gmail side, and gain access to that e-mail in order to recover the password from here, but the e-mail had linked to it a secondary e-mail for recovery from hotmail with the domain live.com.
And they don’t even have that domain anymore. I also think that I deleted that e-mail a long time ago.Please, I kindly ask you to help me solve this. There must be a way of removing this page. As I said, I have my identity to proof that I’m the person who made it and also my phone number stills the same. That’s the main reason why I want to remove this page from the internet, it is giving me privacy problems.

Only a logged in admin on a site can delete it, and we cannot delete a site in another account at your request under any circumstances. If you’re not able to verify that you own the site via our account recovery process, we won’t be able to give you access to that account.

We didn’t ask for your ID when you created the account, so proof of ID doesn’t prove you own the account, nor does any information appearing publicly on the website.
