Please I want PARAGRAMS

Hy, I have been using your excellent WP for my blog firstly on my own domain name, then after being hacked several times, I transfered it on your own platform (mayake.wordpress.com). I want to use a very fine FREE theme, which is fully tablet adapted and with a modern fantastic look, it is PARAGRAMS from WSSHOWER.
I cannot find it on your list of choise of themes. Either how could it be possible to install it on my Blog, or could you add it free on your list ?

I am been using it on my localhost for internal use for some months. As I prepare my article with it, I want it for my external blog on WP.com to have the same look. Personaly I find it great and modern.
