  I cannot export my website, even though it says go to tools – export

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello @powerfuljreblog,
  You can export your site contents by going here: https://wordpress.com/settings/export/

  Once there, click on the blue Export All button to export your contents.

  This is what it says when I export all “There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.”

  @powerfuljreblog clear your browsers cache and cookies, login again and try exporting and see if the problem persists.

  If it does, then there might be some issue with your exporter. In that case staff might be able to help you with that.

  Thanks for trying i have tagged the post with modlook and hopefully gets sorted.

  The exporter still didn’t work so hopefully I can get back everything
