Please migrate subscribers

  Hello-

  We have migrated our blog from wordpress.com to a self-hosted version. Could we please have our subscribers migrated?

  We’re still using the http://blog.ascendrms.com domain. I believe Jetpack is seeing http://ascendblog.azurewebsites.net, but it should probably be http://blog.ascendrms.com. We’ll probably need to shutdown the wordpress.com site before the subscribers can be moved?
