please migrate subscribers from .com to .org

  Hi there,

  I have migrated my blog over to wordpress.org and was hoping you could transfer my subscribers over also? I have installed the jetpack plugin.

  My current blog url: http://davidjgillanders.wordpress.com/

  My new blog url: http://www.davidgillanders.com/blog/

  Can you help me figure this out? my URL is http://www.thesaffronlife.com and i’d like to bring this theme over to wordpress.org. I hear its a theme that is exclusive to wordpress.com…
  What exactly is covered in the guided transfer…is template design etc also included? Basically start to finish?
