Please my blog theme is reverting to default theme

    Hello all, please I need help concerning my blog http://infotechng.com. I have close to 50posts on my blog but when I try checking my blog on the internet it always takes me to the default theme when you first installed wordpress, the theme that has “Hello world!
    Welcome to WordPress. This is your first post. Edit or delete it, then start blogging!” Please my real blog with the theme isn’t showing with all my post, but I can successfully login to my dashboard to add new post. Another thing I noticed is that if I have the full post name with the blog homepage, it will take me to the page but if I click homepage it will take me back to the default theme. Please any suggestion on how to solve this problem? Please help. Thanks
