I can’t log in. I’ve tried SEVERAL times and I get a message that says you are logged in as dmendoza4021xxxxxx, if ‘you are not this person, log out.’ I do log out because they have the login wrong, and then I’m left with nothing and no way to get into my site. This has repeated for two days. I’m so frustrated. Frankly, your customer service is mind-numbly horrible. It’s so frustrating and there is so little help available. I would upgrade and pay more so I could speak to someone on a regular basis and actually solve problems but I can’t even get anyone to talk to me about upgrading and why that would be beneficial for me!!!! Please help

It certainly does sound frustrating, but opening multiple forum threads on the same topic makes it more difficult to help you.
