Please Permanently delete the pdf and link from appearing on line!

  The site author deleted the actual file from WordPress blog years ago, made the blog private, and I’ve also requested & removed the link from Google, but when I click on the link, the link is still visible and allows people to download as a pdf file. I do not want people to view snippet/download it through the wordpress wp link.

  Is there any way that you can permanently delete the pdf file and/or the link from WordPress so that it doesn’t come up at all? Will I need to delete the whole blog? What do I have to do?The link has the wp and ends with ‘pdf’ at the end, Please if there is something you cab do to delete.
