I have a subscription on a blog I no longer have details for. I have asked in this forum before and received no answer. I cannot get in touch with wordpress in any way, and they are still taking money. I just want to cancel this. How do I do so?

I can’t as I no longer have access to it. Unfortunately, I have been unwell for 3 years, and my affairs have been dealt with by someone else. I do however,have a receipt from wordpress.com today for subscriptions. Surely, it could be tracked via this? Thank you

Yes, it is possible.
Enter that information on our secure site at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com to check it and you’ll also be able to contact the billing department directly from there.

Thank you for your advice. The transaction was there and it told me to go to upgrade to cancel,but the site in question isn’t listed. When it gives me the option to cancel it takes me straight back to this forum. So, I am simply going round and round whilst wordpress takes my money, and I cannot get out of this loop. I have the domain name, but can look up nothing related to it.
I am at the end of my tether. Please can someone from wordpress actually assist me. This situation is disgusting.

It sounds like you need to be logged in with a different account to the one you are using to post here in the community forums. Again, please share the address of the site you need help with; that will allow us to check further.

An email receipt is a great help! It’s best not to share any transaction IDs or card details on these forums though. Please try logging out of WordPress.com from the My Profile page, then log back in using the email address your receipt was sent to.
This should help ensure you are logged in to the account used to purchase the domain. Can you see it listed on the Manage Purchases page in that account?

Thank you. The receipt I have is from Paypal for the purchase. I don’t know if this makes a difference. I will attempt what you have suggested.

Thank you, @magdakrupp. If that does not work, please share the email address it was sent to, so we can try to look it up that way. Any email address you type here it will be hidden from public view so only staff can see it.
