Please please please help

I am having lots of problem today with my blog and quite frankly want to cry. I have worked so hard on my blog.
I have paid and upgraded to take off the wordpress and use my domain name with UK2. I have changed the dns on the domain and pointed it and changed it on the Uk2 (the three codes that begin with NS1, NS2, NS3)
It all worked and the blog was fine (shocked how quick it as actioned)
Then realised this morning no emails. So checked about the pointing the dns email etc. And got the code from UK2 and updated.
Emails started coming through slowly. Then all of a sudden I cannot access the blog. It says site under construction.
I have worked so hard on my blog/site and now have no access to it.
Please can someone help. Is there a number I can ring, or a live chat, anything.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When I try and log in wordpress it tells me there is no mapping on this but I have paid for it. So I then try and map again and it tells me the site address has been mapped already to a blog.
I have paid money for this and I’m not getting what I paid for.

Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.

Can someone please tell me that this is normal? That is all I am asking.
I’m getting very very frustrated. I have paid for this service which was working and now isn’t. I realise this is a busy forum but an acknowledgment wouldn’t go a miss.
Your customer service WORDPRESS really does let you down.

This thread is tagged for a Staff follow-up. They deal with threads in order of datestamps and timestamps – the earliest ones are dealt with first, as would be expected. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.
-
P.S. Posting again and again into the same thread simply moves the date and time stamps forward in time and that means it takes longer to get help, so it’s in your best interest not to do that.
-
That is ridiculous. Thank you for your replying (and yes I realise that I have moved my stamp) If someone pays for something and they are not getting it you would expect to be able to get help. It is quoted on the site as being help 24/7.
So because it has staff on you leave posts unanswered. Very silly.

Hold Your Horses!
It can take as long as 72 hours for DNS changes to become widely available. If you’re still not seeing your site loading at specialneedsnorthwest.co.uk, please wait a few more hours, clear your browser cache, and try again.
Nameservers Validated!Congratulations! The nameservers appear to be set up correctly for specialneedsnorthwest.co.uk.
More Information
Primary Blog is Setspecialneedsnorthwest.co.uk is set as the primary domain for specialneedsnw.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.
http://specialneedsnorthwest.co.uk/ – loads fine to a WordPress.COM blog for me
It can take 24 to 72 hours for changes to reach the far corners of the internet – during that time access to your site will be erratic
You will be the last one to see the changes, this is due to caching issues, both at your ISP & your PC
try clearing your browser cache and forcing a page reload
Any content at specialneedsnw.wordpress.com – is safe
Take a long walk – serious – while changes update

This is a peer support forum where the vast and overwhelming majority of all support threads are answered by Volunteers. In fact if we Volunteers did not choose to answer questions here you and other bloggers would be waiting far longer.
I’m sorry you think that first come first serve is ridiculous in the context of providing support through tagged support forum threads and the support ticket context. I am sorry but truth be told I cannot imagine any other order that would be more equitable. For details on getting support this is what the support docs state here http://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/

I am not saying that. I am saying that there should be a way of speaking/chatting to a technician by live chat etc. For you to tell me now that the more I post the further it pushes me back is as I have said ludicrous.
Let me put it this way. If you go in a shop and buy (yes pay) for something and it does not work. You expect to be able to speak to someone about it. Not post upon post of things you have already seen and actioned (it was WORKING)
I appreciate that you volunteer your time. I do myself on another forum. But I would never see post go unanswered because ‘they were waiting for a staff member’ why not appease them and explain.
-
I am sorry you failed to read the answer I gave you above – or the relevant paragraph in the domain mapping instructions
You ARE getting what you paid for
Once you’ve updated your name servers, it can take some time for the change to take full effect (up to 72 hours, but normally much less). If you notice that you still see your old holding page or an error message when you load your domain, don’t panic. Give it a few hours, and then try clearing your browser cache.
-
I am sorry auxclass. I am just getting frustrated with it all. I had it all working so don’t understand why it isn’t now.
I am sorry I missed your post and thank you for answering my question

You be welcome
each time you visit any site on the internet or view a different page – the route between the web site and your browser changes, sometime the instructions are updated and new routing and other times it is cached info – all routers update at different intervals – sometimes the date is old sometime it is new for IP routing information – if a site is being moved – the info will be mixed – some new some old – this mix will confuse your browser and send you to the wrong place at times or around and around in a circle
take the walk – serious

Lol. I have calmed now. I’ve cleared the cache though a few times and nothing. It just worried me when it said about the domain mapping upgrade not found!

For clarity that quote is the reason I tagged this thread for Staff attention.
