  Hello! I have switched to a self hosted wordpress blog and need to have all of my followers transferred.

  I have moved my blog http://digginginthemud.wordpress.com to self hosted site with domain http://digginginthemud.com
  I have installed jetpack and have connected with wordpress successfully. Can you help me to move my followers of wordpress.com to my wordpress self hosted?
