Please provide a refund for the Premium theme 'Watson'

  Hi there,

  We currently have the premium theme ‘Watson’ and we feel it is not a suitable theme that we like. Please provide a refund for that. We however would like to upgrade to the ‘Business’ plan and use the ‘Watson’ refund to be credited to the Business plan we will pay the difference required to purchase that plan. What is the turn around time as to when this could be done?
