Please provide DNS

Hi Please can you help. I am finding the logisitcs of getting a website started very frustrating. I have my domain name registered with domains.co.za and have signed up for a hosting package with Cybersmart. Domains.co.za have directed the name servers to Cybersmart.
Cybersmart send me this message: Please contact the WordPress support team and provide us the DNS (A record) for the domain oclaysions.co.za to point it on to their site.

It sounds like you wish to use the domain for a site hosted on Cybersmart, is that correct? If so, that means you are using WordPress.org software (rather than WordPress.com):
I appreciate Cybersmart have asked you to contact us but we can only help with sites hosted on WordPress.com. The next steps for you will be:
- Contact Cybersmart and they should be able to provide you with the DNS (A record).
- Then ask domains.co.za to help you update the A records for oclaysions.co.za — or you could update that information yourself through the account you have there.
