Please provide your A-record and point the name servers back to Fasthost

  I have the following advice from my ISP, Fasthost, as I am not getting all emails to my account since I’ve changed my url to be hosted by WordPress:

  “Contact WordPress and ask for their A-record instead and point the name servers back to us for the Mail servers to be directed completely to our servers.”

  Please will you look into this and let me know how to resolve the issue as I’m worried about losing business as clients can’t reach me by email?
