  Hi there, in addition to the information that @feartheseeds (~!) mentioned, all WordPressdotcom site owners have complete control over comments left on their site. If you don’t already moderate comments on your site, you may wish to consider doing so. Here’s more on that https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/

  The rule for abusive commenters is don’t feed the troll. The now defunct The Daily Post has an excellent article on “How to Starve a Troll” which you can read here: https://dailypost.wordpress.com/2013/03/27/how-to-starve-a-troll/
