Please don’t post transaction IDs in the public forum. That information can be used by anyone to gain access to your account.
I see you’ve already re-purchased the plan, so I’ve refunded you the second payment as it appears the first one was never refunded when you cancelled the plan.
You should receive the refund in about 10 business days.
