Please re-open “Unpublishing a published post”

  I’d like to pull an article from the website without deleting it – just “unpublishing” it. I’m using WP 2.5.1. and nothing short of deleting a post will hide it from a public blog listing.

  Put it on private.

  If you don’t have that privacy option — yours is a self-hosted blog and this forum is for blogs hosted by wordpress.com, using somewhat different software — you’ll need to ask at wordpress.org/support. They’re all self-hosted there and can help you.

  No. Ask at wordpress.org/support.

  Bluehost won’t be familiar with wordpress software. Well, they might be, but whether they choose to help with what is, fundamentally, a wordpress.org question is anyone’s guess.
