Yeah, most wordpressers automatically assume all other wordpress users are male. It’s annoying, but you get used to it.
Any chance of an admin popping in with a progress report?

From what i’ve heard many people problems have been resolved, now i’m still having the “You are not allowed to edit this page.” problem and i was just wondering if anyone else was having the same problem?

huh…i could edited 2 post and deleted 2 posts and there’s still no problem with anything, even the stats are available, nothing wrong with me

I’m having the “You are not allowed to edit this page.” also. And none of my categories show up.

seventhheavens, im not talking about posts, talking about editing pages. i can edit posts fine.

My pages STILL don’t show up on the front page .. only in the DASHBOARD. I’m still ABOUT – less and terribly mysterious. Anyone else have this problem?

New pages don’t show up on the front page for me either, and I cannot edit the ones I create – then I get the message “You are not allowed to edit this page”. Since more of us are having this problem, I trust it will be fixed.

Members: If you are having problems with pages and/or categories not showing up, mine didn’t either earlier in the week, but they are OK now (I also had been getting the “You are not allowed to edit this page” messages, but not anymore). For proof, go to:

So, I would recommend you continue to be patient, because the good folks who provide us WordPress for FREE are working out all the bugs, and I’m sure that in time all of your blogs will be OK also.

I dont have a problem with the pages, and WordPress team, great work!
Just wondering – all my posts display in full, despite me ticking the “display summary” box – would anyone know if this has to do with the upgrade? or is anyone else facing a similar problem?

After creating a new page, you check it in the “manage” page. It display “1970-01-01 12:00 am” as the date of creation.

Thanks guys, I was wondering why twice my scheduled posts never showed up. I then searched and found out it’s due to the upgrade that is still going on. So I’ll tell myself not to rely on scheduled posts until after the upgrade.

Having the same problem here. Well, the best thing to do I guess is to really, really, REALLY wait for the upgrade to finish.

I’m no longer being emailed when new comments appear despite having this option checked. Anyone else having this issue?

Have lost the pages column in my Hemingway theme although they all seem to be there and editable in the Dashboard. Am hopeful that they will return but just in case anyone is keeping track of the glitches…
