Please recover my plan and domain name

  I wanted to start fresh on my site. From the first time l logged in after purchasing the Business plan.

  I tried multiple things but I lost the plan which I just bought 16 days back.

  Can someone please help me with recovering my plan and deleting everything. I want to start fresh even before the site was created.

  I am new to wordpress, so need some guidance here.
