My card was automatically charged $13 for website redirect. I have used this service for one year and didn’t want to continue it anymore.
I cancelled the transaction from my end and asked for a refund. It’s nearly a week now and I haven’t heard from WordPress or seen the refund.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I went ahead and took a look at your account and it looks like that charge was already refunded for you. Here’s a link to your billing history where you’ll see that info: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.
It can take up to 7-10 days to see a refund back in your account, so I would recommend giving that a bit more time to get back to you. Let us know if you have any further issues that come up!
