  Refund a Purchase

  To get to My Purchases you need to click on your picture/icon on top right corner. It will be in the left sidebar.

  We issued a full refund on 20th December and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
