  Good morning,

  I haven’t used WordPress for over a year as unfortunately my site did not work out, on the 29th Feb and 2nd of match I have been charged a total of £326. Please could I get this refunded as I am dependent on this to pay my bills.
  It also does not show any purchases in my profile page on WordPress for some reason.

  Hi there!

  It looks like the subscriptions were for the WordPress.com Creator plan and the domain registration for verifiedratings.uk. There’s another domain registration renewal for elderlysmarthome.uk. Do you wish to cancel both of these domains/sites?

  Please read the following and confirm:

  • Canceling a domain: You risk permanently losing a domain if you cancel it. If you plan to use either of these domains in the future, we strongly recommend keeping them active.
  • Canceling the WordPress.com Creator plan on elderlysmarthome.uk: In order to cancel the WordPress.com creator plan, we must remove all plugins/third-party themes and any content created through them. Do you need a backup of the content or are you okay with us removing all content?

  If you need help with logging into the correct WordPress.com account so that you can manage these domains/site, please let me know.
