  Hi, I just accidentally paid 4,500JPY to you somehow.
  I was just looking for getting Basic free plan to activate Askimet API but seems 4,500JPY was deducted from my credit card. I was thinking I could not activate even the free plan without keying credit card info.

  Please help refund the money.
