  i have cancelled trial premium plan before 14 days, but 99 usd has been taken from my bank account. i didnt recieve any confirmation email when i given cancel in my upgrades–>wordpress.com.

  please help me in this issue.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the trouble. The transaction hasn’t gone through (it was still being authorized), so I cancelled it from our end and removed the Premium trial from your account.

  That means you won’t be charged for the Premium plan, and that pending charge will be removed from your bank account as soon as your bank processes the cancelled transaction. (If you have any concerns about that, please contact your bank for more information about that process.)

  Thank you somuch for the refund.I was mistakenly given my debit card for company’s website. Anyway We are having a plan to develop website for the company. So i can create new account using my company’s debit card on wordpress.
